Meanwhile, our politicians continue ignoring this problem. Why? What's the problem with passing universal background checks in this state? Why can't they regulate open air gun shows and force them into doing background checks? Why can't these politicians reform the sentencing guidelines, and punish the infamous straw buyer? These are solvable problems. Our politicians should grow a spine and implement them. Yet, what do they do instead? They force police across the state into chasing after lowly drug dealers, and users.
This all must change.
