Is anyone really shocked by this?
Dear ass-clown alderman/woman. My garbage cans were stolen back in September. I filled out the replacement order and even e-mailed your office. Guess what? It's now December. I haven't heard a fucking peep from you, and only get a "it's open" reply from our vaunted 311 service.
Just yesterday I walked by our fearless State Senators office. Guess what I saw? Lights out and spilled trash coming from a over-sized plastic trash bag, and no people, not even a sign stating We are moving. Now we have your evil minions doing work on our hard earned dime.
So to answer my own question. Is anyone really shocked by this? Nope. You suck.
