I take it both suspects were not dark enough for this cop, so he let's the lady have the first punch? Think about that after you read the story.
The cop is watching them, doesn't pull his weapon, figures he can handle the lady, gets his ass handed to him, calls for back up. Any other cop in this city would have had their gun drawn. And God forbid had that lady took an aggressive stance, she would have had bullets in her ass. Oh well, I guess they just were not dark enough for him.
