4 shot, 1 fatally, in Humboldt Park are casualties of ongoing clash
Some may deem this a tad condescending, but, I told you so!, a few post back. In the event those that do read this, I mentioned that many of these shootings occur in the same radius. I questioned why such areas are not saturated with police, and cameras. If something is predictable, shows a pattern, and is bad, it can be prevented.
The one person that spoke with the reporter of this article summed it up nicely. "Drugs". The civilian knew. The police know. So again I ask, why are these areas not saturated with police, and cameras? If it's predictable, shows a pattern, and is bad, it can be prevented.
