Aurora ends 2012 with no homicides
The second largest city in the state, and they have sane people living there. Maybe Chicago should take a peek at what works there. You know, simple shit, like having a cop outside gun stores and open air markets?
Deterrence is key when attempting to lower violence. Throughout history we have learned the "Death Penalty" doesn't work. We have learned "Embarrassing" people doesn't work. We have learned, that putting "Fear" in people works. Designate these punks as terrorist, and put a cop in-front of gun stores, and open air markets.
