AG Madigan asks full appeals court to review Illinois gun ban ruling



" In ruling that Illinois must allow individuals to carry ready-to-use firearms in public, the 7^th Circuit Court’s decision goes beyond what the U.S. Supreme Court has held and conflicts with decisions by two other federal appellate courts.  Based on those decisions, it is appropriate to ask the full 7^th Circuit to review this case," Madigan said in a statement issued today."


Now that makes sense. You cannot make an idiotic ruling such as this, without acknowledging the main issue of "Public Safety". It is apparent these "Two" that ruled in favor, never considered such. This not only puts innocent civilians, but law enforcement, and all public safety personnel in serious danger.
