Oh! Not one damn thing about the TERRORIST that "Steal" or borrow such weapons. A "$1000.00 fine" for anyone not "Reporting" a gun stolen, missing, or transferred? WTF? What if they are out of town? Are you still going to slap them with a fine?

It's there for you, should you decide charging these terrorist, as Fucking TERRORIST. And they wonder why the courts keep telling them every brain fart they come up with is Always against law abiding citizens, and unconstitutional. Let me help you out.
