Emanuel sends City Council plan to toughen gun penalties
Oh! Not one damn thing about the TERRORIST that "Steal" or borrow such weapons. A "$1000.00 fine" for anyone not "Reporting" a gun stolen, missing, or transferred? WTF? What if they are out of town? Are you still going to slap them with a fine?
Not one brain fart from either of you about the TERRORIST running the streets with the guns. Not one sane idea on lengthening prison terms? I take it you never heard of the Patriot Act? It's there for you, should you decide charging these terrorist, as Fucking TERRORIST. And they wonder why the courts keep telling them every brain fart they come up with is Always against law abiding citizens, and unconstitutional. Let me help you out. The courts do this because you are not addressing the REAL problem. It's the TERRORIST STUPID! Or as you call them, gangs. Last time I checked, the Taliban does the same thing as these clowns. They kill innocents, and sell dope. See any difference? NOPE!
