This "In Your Face" advertising campaign is nothing but more fodder for the "Small Government" (Which we all know is bull) loudmouths. The bottom line, this approach isn't going to work just like the failed "War On Drugs". People that wish to smoke, will. The same applies to booze. Remember how prohibition worked out so well? If you really want to get serious, offer free patches like New York. People will decide if they want to quit or not. Not dead bodies, messed up lungs, or some dude still smoking through a hole in their throat.
