They have been doing this for over 25 years. Who is the alderman/woman there? And why are these people still allowed to work for the city? Who knows how many neighborhoods have drank a little contaminated water because of these louts.
Well this just goes to show everyone in the City of Chicago how much your elected officials care. You can almost here them now doing their backroom deals. Just give us some money from time to time, and we will turn a blinds-eye on everything. Once you get caught, we will fake outrage. Hell, we'll even fake outrage when you implicate us, just so we can us more taxpayer money to keep us out of jail.
