About that second link. I get the fact police are asking for the "publics help" but, let's start with the parents that just let there kids go unchecked. Get this. "A planned fight". All those involved didn't bother informing parents nor police. Now, you have two dead because of your cowardice. All those involved are responsible for these deaths.
