From the article:  "Police say the three men in their 30s were standing outside near West Irving Park Road and North Richmond Street, in the Irving Park neighborhood, around 2:45 a.m. Sunday when an unknown female opened fire on them".

What did those three do to that lady? Was the gun legally obtained? Did she know them or not? Was it a drug deal gone bad or sexual harassment? Damn near 3 in the morning and just standing around? That's not a job but illegal activity.
