The first link made my jaw drop and mind wander with so many questions about how this came about? The last link is a reminder of my call for sentencing reform. How do you have a "list of felony convictions" and be allowed to be on fucking parole? Yeah, hindsight is a motherfucker. But, this should have never happened. A fucking "list of felony convictions" and a judge and prosecutors agreed to a parole sentence. Now, an officer is dead and another wounded because of a fucking revolving door criminal justice system. A felony conviction should mean your ass stays in prison for either life or you are too old to even wipe your ass should you get out.
