8,000 more cops on the streets and this shit still happens only because the people are not helping them get these monsters off the streets. How many more kids must be killed or maimed before you get off your collective asses and turn these low-life scumbags in? While we are waiting on the people to step up, our politicians continue dragging their collective feet by not passing legislation designating these monsters as domestic terrorist.
