About that second link, it would be nice if "8,000" were on the streets everyday. That would sure bring down the shooting numbers. But enough of this oddity and why only certain days are different. The terrorist still continue displaying disregard for human life. There's still no calls for legislation designating them as domestic terrorist. To the best of my knowledge, none have yet to be charged as repeat offenders under the new law. None have been charged under the RICO Act. And none have been charged with premeditation. They plan each and every attack. My only question is where will the 8,000 be? Downtown?
