There's no universal healthcare plan in-place. Our public schools in Black and Brown communities are devastatingly under funded. That's a snapshot of the problems these areas face, and not being addressed. Until the policy makers address this, shootings, drug use, and gangs will continue. Low paying jobs don't cut it. Lack of educational funding doesn't cut it. The flow of guns from states with weaker gun laws don't cut it. The lack of universal healthcare doesn't cut it.
