Yeah! You read that first link right. A 16 year old got shot in the ass during a pandemic. What was a 16 year old doing outside during a stay at home order? That's a very good question the parents must answer. We can't levy a fine because nine times out of ten, the parents are not working. And if they are, they are barely making ends meet. The only thing the police can do is make them leave an area. What else can be done? Four months into this year we already have one hundred and forty one people dead from gun violence. That's alarming. So do your best people and stay home and be safe.
