Talk about beyond stupid. In the meantime, these terrorist have unfettered access on the streets of this city while the sane people are staying at home. Those that are still hanging out on the streets are only inviting death and destruction. There's a simple solution to bring these horrific numbers down. Stay at home. If people did that, only the terrorist will be out and the police can grab them more quickly. They are the only ones hanging out so they can sell dope and "loose cigarettes". The people buying this crap almost always get caught in the crossfire. If you don't believe that, just look at the article and where those people were found. It runs the gamut from sitting in cars,alleys, or just hanging out on the streets instead of their homes/apartments. If you want these numbers to come down remember this, you can't shoot what you can't see. So stay the fuck home people.
