Unbelievable, disgusting, horrific, and just down-right stupid. That's how we can sum up the mayhem still happening within the city during a virus explosion. That second link clearly shows how dysfunctional our criminal justice system really is. Forgive me for the expletives forthcoming. This piece of shit should have never been on an ankle bracelet. He should have been deemed a felon and kept in jail till his trial and sentenced to prison. And, if he was charged with a felony, why in the fuck did you let him go? What the fuck are you going to do now? Release him again so he can kill a second time? You cannot release gun offenders back on our streets. They are, and will forever be repeat offenders. Get your shit together politicians, prosecutors, and judges. Fix the fucking criminal justice sentencing guidelines.
