In the meantime, our congress can slap together a stimulus package but can't include the gun reform legislation that includes universal background checks, that's been sitting in the senate for over a year. One state shut down it's background check system so panicked shitheads can't buy guns during this virus outbreak. Good for them. I wish this state and other's would do the same.
