We end April with four shot and one death. Meanwhile, the second link trouts out the polished turd of lower violent crime compared with April 2018. How do you sit there with a straight face with 136 dead people in four months and say it could have been worse? Of those 136 murders in four months, how many have been solved? I'll wait for an answer.
