It's business as usual with the first link. The second link is what I've been talking about off and on with this and past postings. In a nutshell, there's no decent wage paying jobs in the inner city. This all happened when this country went from a manufacturing base into a retail based economy. So what do you do? That's the question everyone should ask the politicians.
