This is just getting dumber and dumber by the day. If you noticed one thing about this situation, I've yet noting an arrest in this daily cycle of violence. Why isn't there police cars sitting in these hot spot areas? Why aren't any of these "documented gang members" under surveillance? More questions and not one politician or religious leader screaming what the fuck is going on?
