This is the end result when you have a revolving door criminal justice system. These shootings are being carried out by repeat offenders. The most important thing that everyone must remember, is bullets don't have eyes. They will hit anyone in its path, including the wealthy. With that being said, our lawmakers should get off their collective asses and address this insanity. Put more cameras up in these neighborhoods. Lock up repeat offenders for life. Especially if they are known gang members. Pass universal background checks and close the gun show loophole. What are you waiting for?
