Jesus! How many studies do you puritans need? Just legalize and tax the crap. Treat it the same way you do booze and smokes. You can't drink or smoke on the job, so employers would not have a problem enforcing it. Law enforcement would be relieved so they can focus on the assholes that are shooting up, carjacking, and robbing residents in the city. The big bonus for politicians is it's more revenue for them to fuck up. We all know they will. Every year they raise taxes and still can't balance the city, county, or state budget. So, from where I sit, the only mistake is we the voters keep electing puritans like you.
