How much dumber can people actually get? There's no mention if these idiots were family members of any relation but, the immediate family should have never allowed their attendance. Let's just hope the criminal justice system doesn't fail us and keep these idiots behind bars. In the other link, it's business as usual for our politicians and clergy as they continue ignoring the carnage within the city. They still haven't held a joint press conference, or introduced any legislation on how they will combat this problem. Are you still wondering why?
