As one can tell by the links, the Humboldt Park killing and wounding took place yesterday but wasn't included in the mind-numbing shootings from the South Side. You can also bet the two early Friday morning shootings will also increase via retaliation. One would think a heavy law enforcement presence in those areas would decrease the possibility of such retaliatory strikes.

Yet, our politicians will continue tying law enforcements hands by doing nothing.
