Man Gets 16 Years For Selling Guns To Gang Members « CBS Chicago
Now you know why we need sentencing guideline reform. 16 years is completely pathetic. He should be doing a life stretch. He knew who he was selling weapons to known gang members. He knew these weapons would be used in the commission of crimes. With 16 years he'll probably be back on the streets in half the time, and selling weapons again.
