Look, we've been down this road before. These shit-heads are involved in organized crime, carrying out hits, selling drugs, and terrorizing neighborhoods across the city. Why are they not being charged as terrorist? Our mayor, elected officials, and State Attorney ignore this glaring fact.The insistence on bringing them through a broken down criminal justice system with no reform is baffling.
The mini-terrorist commit heinous crimes, serve little time and are back on the streets in the blink of an eye. We need a "shake-up" on our streets.
