Meanwhile, our politicians continue ignoring the carnage. We all know why. There's no parents nor clergy people marching on city hall or Springfield, demanding universal background checks.
Sure, we all are in favor of universal background checks, closing the gun show loopholes, repealing the law barring civil action against gun makers and neighboring states. But, we don't demand it of our elected legislators. That's the big difference.
