Yet nothing for reducing the principle on these underwater homes. Look, I get it, If you have the "Means" for staying current on your mortgage, do it. But these people have to understand the frustration-factor homeowners are feeling. Now you want a scape-goat?

It truly doesn't matter if your married or single, these people took time, money, and effort to live a comfortable life in those homes. Now, that home isn't worth the price it was paid for. So one can understand the real, almost maddening frustration homeowners feel. Just because they have the means, to pay for a home which value has plummeted, you want to go after them? You stick them with a moniker of "Strategic Defaulter"? How do you explain why your focus isn't on reducing the principle? Better yet inspector, would you pay for a home that isn't worth shit?

You spent all this time trying to find a way of going after such a small number of people, but not addressing how to fix this mess? Reduce the principle amount to actual values. Fuck what the banks will say. They are still ripping people off, and making money. Not one of those greedy ass-clowns have been brought up on charges. Stop trying to "Scape-goat" people.
