Oh, I forgot, Daley. Boy that guy is just sitting back and laughing his ass off at the people of Chicago. If only the audit could find out how much Richie got for this screw-job would be nice. But, I doubt if we'll ever know. If I was a betting man, I'd say it's in those offshore accounts.
