As with all things, the devil is in the details.
If something goes wrong, who's legally liable? If wages are unfair, who's going to correct it? If the "User Fees" are high, who's going to step in and ensure fairness? And lastly, why no oversight? What the hell are we paying an inspector general for if you refuse to allow them to do their job?
