Of course he's going to challenge it. That's money in their pockets, not the residents.

I'm kind of stunned at the numbers of Blacks missing, or leaving the city. We are talking close to 200,000 taking a hike. I wonder why, and where did they go? Imagine if this trend/exodus continues? 181,000 splitting over ten years. Honestly, once the opportunity arises, I'm splitting also.

But for now, I'm stuck here, yet will always remain a Cub, Bulls, and Bear fan. Sox suck!
