Parking meter rates rising with the new year

And this comes as no surprise whatsoever. That was the reason for practically giving away this revenue generating city service. This did nothing but pad the pocket of the seller, and buyer. When you privatize a city, state, or federal service, it is always the consumer, and economic health of these entities that suffer with lost revenue, service, and employment cutbacks.
