Cops: Man wearing underwear, socks charged with DUI after striking squad car
I'm impressed he could even remember his name, age, and address. But then again, after they printed him all that information came up.
One can only wonder, that must have been one messed up date for him to split with only socks and underwear. Or, he may have been the victim of a date rape? WTF!
