Aldermen suggest library workers give up raises to avoid cuts
Wow! Talk about having a set.
Burke fleeces taxpayers with police officers to protect him from non-existent threats. The entire city council votes themselves pay raises whenever the wind blows. I take it they never heard of leading by example? Drop the police officers Burke. And for the rest of you, lead by example and cut your pay, and drop some of your perks.
