Well this story is definitely a major WTF. All you non-smokers out there, we, the smokers of America, still serve a purpose. Since you kicked us outside, we get to see dummies in action, and help police reduce crime. Meanwhile, you non-smokers are forever chained to your desk, or whatever your occupation requires, watching your other co-worker pick their nose, or scratch their butts.
Ah fresh air, a cigarette, and fighting crime. You just can't beat that.
