Crazy shit right? It truly is sad that people are just this evil. There are solutions out there that can bring these horrible numbers down even lower. But, whatever you politicians decide to do don't follow Texas lead. Texas has a higher murder rate when you compare it with those three states above. Texas figures if they get bibles into public schools everything will be just peachy. Instead of addressing the issue of crime these GOP politicians keep passing legislation that has, and will always get struck down by the courts. They love wasting taxpayer money.
