Family Dollar? I've been inside one once and did not see anything I wanted to buy years ago, and have never been back since. So, I'm puzzled about how a thief needed arts and crafts that bad. Now, Walgreens is a different story. They have food, booze, and drugs. Who funded the study linking e-scooters with crime? The dummies on the train forgot they have cameras and will be caught soon. Let's just hope are prosecutors don't give them a slap on the wrist. Nine times out of ten, they are repeat offenders.
