That first link doesn't surprise me one bit. There are and have been gang members in the Little Village neighborhood forever. There was a high school I attended during the 70s it was called Carter H. Harrison during that time and the majority gang at that times was the Latin Kings. Yet, I digress. Shooting at those agents will not help the peaceful people living there. It will only make their lives worse. With that being said, protest peacefully.
