About that last link. Here's an idea, fine the shit out of the parents and watch them go ape-shit on their undisciplined kids. I bet you will see a lot less of those street takeovers. It's a proven fact when you hit people in the wallet/purse when their kids do dumb-shit, the parents get that wake up call and spring into action. I'm out.
