If you really want to reduce gun violence, here's a simple solution. Turn them in. Most of the victim's that survive, know who the shooter/shooters are. Turn them in. The ones doing the carjackings, turn them in. The burglaries, turn them in. Parent's, turn them in. Siblings, turn them in. If anyone knows the people committing crimes across the nation, turn them in. See how simple that is?
