Crazy days indeed. In the meantime, it appears parents can't discipline their rowdy teenagers for staying out beyond curfew. Now, one of them will not be coming home forever. This is the consequence of letting your kids run wild. Parents get your shit and kids together and beat into their heads to stay off the streets past curfew. If you don't, more of your kids will never come home.
