I'm like you reading the latest news and thinking what the fuck! First thing first, tear down those dilapidated buildings and create affordable homes. Or, renovate them and place those migrants in them. You have an idiot on video stealing downspouts but no one called the cops? If you see an idiot walking down the street with a white downspout, just call the cops. You know he's not installing them.
