What more can one say? It's the straw buyers fault. They keep feeding weapons into the hands of repeat offenders. They go buy such weapons and then report them stolen when in fact they were never stolen. There's a new law on the book that goes after them but, they always get a slap on the wrist as punishment. Damn shame isn't it?
