Evil doesn't give a shit how cold it is outside. If you can shop for weapons in Indiana and bring them across state lines for selling without any fear of getting caught, that explains the shootings you see nationwide. That's how the straw buyer does it. If only our politicians would enact legislation giving the victims family the right to sue for damage, shit would change fast. You don't believe it? When the Black Panthers marched armed into the state capitol in California then governor Reagan shit his pants and banned open and concealed carry. Enacting and enforcing laws do work.
