About that second link, I wonder what must be going through the parents minds raising dumb kids? They not only stole a vehicle, but they also caused property damage by ramming a fire hydrant. If there is a away that would make the parents hold some accountability. A lawsuit? That may not work because the simple reason being they may not have a job. But,  if they did, sue them for raising dumb kids. I'm out.
