The second link is more detailed with data so far this year. And yeah, those numbers are depressing. In just under 5 months 1,244 people have been shot with 244 being fatalities. That's a 36% increase from last year. Yet, here we are with a new repeat offender law on the books and it's rare if you hear or see any perpetrator charged under the new law. Along with militias, gang members should also be viewed as domestic terrorist. They are responsible for the insanity in cities across the country. Think about that.
