Well, there you have it. Another day/night of senseless shootings. Just take a moment and realize that all of these are "targeted" shootings. In other words, they are not random. They are premeditated. So here's my question for prosecutors. When these terrorist are caught, why don't you include the charge of premeditation? I ask this because you only charge them with murder or attempted murder, and other weapons violations but not with premeditated murder. They seek out who they will shoot at. Think about that.
