Well, there you have it. Yesterday, that "Worst Governor In Any State" (That came from a conservative magazine by the way) claimed "he has done more for the African-American community than any other governor". I highly doubt that. There's an article within the paper that has an editorial stating "9 things/bills this governor can do/sign that can make this state safer and fairer". I doubt he'll even look or act on one. Are you still wondering why?
